Lower Body Golf Drill

Consistency in your golf swing starts with proper lower body movement. Your upper body, arms, and club are all reliant on your lower body, so it's crucial to get it right. If your lower body motion is off, you'll struggle to get the club back to the ball effectively.

Try this simple drill to improve your lower body movement:

  • Cross your arms over your shoulders

  • Make a big backswing, turning your hips and shoulders while keeping your right knee flexed

  • Shift your weight to your left heel by kicking both legs straight at impact

Give it a try and see the improvement in your swing!
