You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
ATX Golf Performance offers an SMS messaging program for appointment reminders, coaching updates, and scheduling confirmations.
- Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our online booking form. The checkbox is unchecked by default; no messages will be sent unless you affirmatively check it.
- Message Types: Appointment reminders, coaching updates, scheduling confirmations, and related service communications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and coaching interactions.
- Msg & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or contact info@atxgolfperformance.com.
- Re-Subscribe: Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Service Providers. Coaching & Performance Data Sharing. Your swing videos, performance metrics, and instructor notes may be accessible to your assigned instructors, coaches, and staff who need access to provide Services. We may also share this data with service providers that host, process, or analyze it on our behalf (e.g., cloud storage and analytics providers), subject to appropriate contractual protections.
4. Biometric / Motion Analytics Notice
We may collect and analyze swing video and motion/performance metrics to provide coaching and performance tracking. We do not use facial recognition or voiceprints to identify you, and we do not sell biometric identifiers. If we ever collect biometric identifiers for identification purposes, we will provide additional notice and obtain any consent required by law.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for: (a) essential site functionality, (b) analytics to understand usage, and (c) marketing/advertising where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through on-site cookie controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no uniform standard, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
6. Data Security Disclaimer
We use reasonable security measures. However, no system is 100% secure.
Security & Incident Notice. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security measures are perfect. Retention. We generally retain:
- Account and coaching records (including videos and performance data) while your account is active and for a reasonable period after your last interaction to support coaching continuity, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations;
- Billing and payment records as required by tax and accounting rules;
- Messages/SMS logs for a reasonable period for customer support, safety, and compliance.
We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
8. Privacy Requests (Access/Correction/Deletion/Opt-Out)
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal data, and you may opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us at info@atxgolfperformance.com.
9. Texas & U.S. Privacy Rights
If you are a Texas resident (or another U.S. resident with similar rights), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and portability of certain personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
Opt-Out. Where applicable, you may opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising and certain profiling by contacting us at info@atxgolfperformance.com. If we do not engage in an opt-out category, we will tell you.
10. California Rights (If Applicable)
California residents may request: categories of data collected, categories disclosed, and deletion (subject to legal exceptions).
Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. If this changes, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
11. Minors & Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
Minors & Parental Rights. If we collect personal information from a minor, we do so with parental/guardian consent where required. Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of a minor's information by contacting info@atxgolfperformance.com, and we may require verification of guardian status.

U.S. Operations. We are based in the United States and primarily direct our Services to U.S. users. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
